Welcome to Experience 2011: The X Files Fan Global Meeting 

 Experience 2011 it’s an International project of QuieroCreer.com, with the intention of gathering fans from the whole world.

Experience 2011 will take place in the summer of 2011 in Mexico City in a four days event with the dates still pending.

Why in 2011? Because this way we give time to all the fans to save money and plan their schedules at their jobs and schools. We also take advantage of the holiday season in practically the whole world, so this will be the most appropriate moment to travel.

What will be in Experience 2011? Experience 2011 will have diverse activities designed for the X Files Fans, and also will give them the opportunity to meet each other in one of the most beautiful and biggest cities in the world, sharing not only a fan experience, but also a life experience. Also, we hope to have the support and presence of key people involved in the series. We also hope that by that time a third movie will be confirmed, preparing an ideal scenario for this meeting.

Why México? México was chosen because of the original intention of making a national meeting in that country. However, the examples of other countries where people get together, or people who never had the opportunity because they live in a small town, it was decided that the meeting will be in a worldwide scale to share whit the most possible amount of people. The event will include touristic activities, like going to the Mexico City’s Downtown, UNESCO’s Historical World Heritage, or the Teotihuacan Pyramids. Our goal is that this will be the first of many meetings, and that in future years will take place in diverse cities around the globe.

How it will be organized? We will have representatives in every country, and they will organize the fans in those countries.

They will be the link between the fans and organizers by researching things like the cheapest flights to Mexico. There already agents in countries like Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela, Chile, Spain, Peru and Ecuador, among others. In Mexico there is already a team organized in departments like accommodation, publicity, scouting and the entire logistic. In this blog we will provide details in English and Spanish regarding this great event, like confirmed guests, new activities, or anything relevant.

 In the meantime, we ask you to be attentive towards this official blog. But most of all, we require of your enthusiasm and, above all, the faith to BELIEVE that this is possible.

¡Bienvenidos a Experience 2011: The X Files Fan Global Meeting!

 Experience 2011 es un proyecto del sitio QuieroCreer.com, con la intención de que la mayor cantidad de fans de todo el mundo se reúnan por primera vez físicamente.

Experience 2011 se llevará a cabo en el verano de ese año en la Ciudad de México, en un evento de cuatro días de duración con fechas todavía por definir.

 ¿Por qué en 2011? Porque así damos tiempo a todos los fans del mundo para ahorrar y planificar sus calendarios en sus trabajos y escuelas. También aprovecharemos que es temporada vacacional prácticamente en todo el mundo, por lo cual será el momento más adecuado para salir de viaje.

¿Qué habrá en Experience 2011? Experience 2011 contará con diversas actividades destinadas a los fans de The X Files, pero además, les dará la oportunidad de conocerse en una de las ciudades más bellas y grandes del mundo, compartiendo no sólo una experiencia de aficionado, sino de vida. Además, se espera contar con el apoyo y presencia de personas involucradas en la serie. También esperamos que en esas fechas ya esté confirmada una tercera película de la serie, lo cual serviría para ir preparando el terreno para un estreno tan esperado para todos.

¿Por qué México? Se escogió México porque la intención original era realizar una reunión nacional en ese país. Sin embargo, al ver los ejemplos de otros países donde se realizan cosas similares, o de personas que viven en ciudades o localidades pequeñas, se prefirió realizarla a nivel mundial para compartir con la mayor cantidad de personas posibles. Además, el evento incluirá actividades turísticas, como conocer el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México, Patrimonio Histórico de la Humanidad, o las Pirámides de Teotihuacán. Nuestra intención es que éste sea tan sólo la primera reunión mundial, y que en años posteriores se realice en diversas ciudades del mundo.

¿Cómo nos organizaremos? Se contará con representantes en cada país, quienes a su vez organizarán a los fans en estos países. Ellos serán el enlace entre los fans y los organizadores, investigando, por decir un ejemplo, cosas como los vuelos más baratos hacia México. Ya hay representantes en países como Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela, Chile, España, Perú y Ecuador, entre otros. En México ya hay un equipo organizado en departamentos como alojamiento, publicidad, locaciones y toda la logística en general. Mediante este blog daremos a conocer en inglés y en español todos los detalles y novedades respecto al evento, como los invitados que se vayan confirmando, o las nuevas actividades, y cualquier cosa relevante para el evento.

Por lo pronto, les pedimos que estén pendientes de este blog oficial. Pero sobre todo, requerimos de su entusiasmo y, sobre todo, la fe para CREER que algo así es posible.
